Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $38,500 - $100,000, depending on experience and performance. Our compensation package includes opportunities for commissions, profit sharing, and incentive travel.

Job Description

This role involves building relationships with clients to create personalized investment and financial solutions. You will oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with clients to identify their financial needs and priorities
  • Develop and implement customized financial strategies to help clients achieve their goals
  • Oversee branch operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience in the securities/financial services industry
  • Financial services and/or sales experience
  • FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) within three months
