Job Summary

The AMG Social Worker plays a vital role in our clinical care team, providing social work services to patients and families in the clinic setting.

Responsibilities

  1. Assess patients' needs and develop plans to address medically related emotional and social concerns.
  2. Facilitate referrals to community agencies and resources as needed.
  3. Provide direct clinical therapeutic services to patients as part of a comprehensive care plan.

Requirements

A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required, along with licensure as a Social Worker in the State of South Dakota.

Work Schedule

This is a PRN position, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our patients and team.
