Job Title: Branch Administrator

Job Description

As a Branch Administrator at Color Burst Landscapes, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our branch. This includes providing administrative support to the operations team, coordinating company events, and overseeing HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.
  • Coordinate company events and ensure their successful execution.
  • Support the sales team with contracts, records, and sales initiatives.
  • Manage accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee HR functions, including employee onboarding, payroll support, and compliance with HR policies.
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in landscaping or a related field.
  • Proficiency in HR and accounting systems, as well as MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with payroll processing and compliance is a plus.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability.
