Responsibilities

The RN Clinical Research Study Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the research efforts of our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and conducting clinical research studies, including participant recruitment, informed consent, and data collection
  • Developing and implementing study protocols, including IRB submissions and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborating with research staff, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless study execution
  • Providing exceptional patient care and education, including research participant support and advocacy
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and current RN licensure in Minnesota
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
