Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and supervision to our homecare clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to homecare clients and patients from admission through discharge.
  • Supervise care management and personnel management associated with clinical delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs for homecare caregivers.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of homecare caregivers.
  • Collaborate with the office clinical leader to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Active RN license required.
  • Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy required.
  • Proficiency in the English language required.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
  • Annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly.
