Job Title: Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

We are seeking a skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team at Aspire365. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric services to individuals aged 12 and over.

Job Summary

As a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, you will be working with a dynamic team to deliver evidence-based care to patients with primary mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing medication management and lab work ordering and interpretation.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide medication management and ordering and interpreting lab work
  • Document patient progress in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Attend treatment team meetings as needed
  • Demonstrate core values of Aspire365
  • Participate in periodic meetings with the assistant medical director
Requirements
  • Board certification in psychiatry
  • Extensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations
  • Availability to contribute a minimum of 1-2 hours per month, per client
  • Maintenance of applicable licensures and certifications
  • Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
