Job Overview

At Loews New Orleans Hotel, we're committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Room Attendant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and comfortable in their rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and methods to maintain the hotel's professional appearance
  • Restock amenities and linens according to hotel standards
  • Report any irregularities or discrepancies to your supervisor
  • Provide excellent guest relations skills and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Anticipate and meet guest needs, ensuring complete satisfaction and repeat business
  • Stay knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services, and be able to provide information to guests
  • Follow safety regulations and hotel policies and procedures
  • Participate in special projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Service-oriented mindset and ability to work as part of a dynamic team
  • Basic English language skills
  • Able to push, stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds repetitively during entire shift
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
