Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer PM to join our team. As a Security Officer PM, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, associates, and vendors. This is a critical role that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
- Monitor security cameras and alarms to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the hotel.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in a security or law enforcement role.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
