Job Summary:

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our optical retail stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on eyewear and optical solutions, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer has a positive experience in our stores
* Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, and assist customers in selecting frames that meet their needs
* Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed
* Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment
* Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, treating customers and colleagues with respect and professionalism

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service
* Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills
* Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals
* Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
* Self-motivation and ability to multi-task, with a flexible approach to a quickly changing environment
