Unlock Value in Stranded Energy Resources

Crusoe Energy is revolutionizing the way we think about energy consumption and production. As a Cloud Infrastructure Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our cloud computing platform, which leverages stranded energy resources to deliver low-cost, carbon-negative distributed computing solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Cloud Infrastructure Product team, responsible for building our foundational IaaS offerings and accelerating the development of our carbon-reducing, AI-focused cloud platform. As a compute and virtualization specialist, you will own the roadmap, definition, and execution for compute products, contributing to the long-term strategy of the product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and empathize with our customers, gathering their feedback to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Infrastructure engineering, Cloud Software Engineering, SRE, finance, and the executive team, to define detailed product specifications and execution timelines.
  • Distill complex technical details into executive-facing narratives, presentations, and decision documents.
  • Create product documentation, support customers through various channels, and partner with marketing on defining cloud product messaging.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of technical product management experience or product-minded engineering experience.
  • In-depth understanding of compute products (CPU, GPU, ASIC accelerators) and how customers consume them.
  • Understanding of key hypervisors and virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V) and how they enable cloud computing.
  • Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to define and scope new initiatives with minimal guidance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and how they drive compute requirements for the cloud data center.
  • Familiarity with confidential computing technologies (e.g., AMD SEV-SNP, Intel TDX).
What We Offer
  • Hybrid work schedule.
  • Industry-competitive pay.
  • Restricted Stock Units in a fast-growing, well-funded technology company.
  • Health insurance package options, including HDHP and PPO, vision, and dental for you and your dependents.
  • Employer contributions to HSA accounts.
  • Paid Parental Leave.
  • Paid life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability.
  • Teladoc.
  • Pet-friendly offices.
  • 401(k) with a 100% match up to 4% of salary.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday schedule.
