Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating our products, and meeting sales goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide each customer with a personalized shopping experience
  • Demonstrate and quote products, closing sales and providing solutions to customer needs
  • Offer additional financing options to customers, including Lovesac credit card and secondary financing programs
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, including product placement and marketing updates
  • Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues and enhance customer service
  • Participate in maintaining store standards, including merchandising, marketing, store cleanliness, and safety
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and manage issues professionally and respectfully
  • Act with integrity and trust, modeling behavior that respects employees, peers, and customers
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities with the appropriate level of urgency
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees and treat all clients with dignity and respect
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position
