Key ResponsibilitiesThe Pre-Sales Agent & Concierge serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all customer inquiries related to the acquisition of luxury vehicles. The primary objective of the Concierge Department is to enhance customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty by proactively promoting products and services throughout the pre-sales and purchasing journey.
The Concierge Agent will assist customers from the initial vehicle reveal through to the reservation and purchase process, which may involve:
- Addressing technical issues encountered during the eCommerce process.
- Providing product comparisons and relevant sales or marketing information.
- Answering inquiries related to retailer information and fulfilling brochure requests.
- Scheduling test drives and verifying incentive certificates.
- Updating customer preferences regarding privacy and marketing communications.
In a typical day, you will:
- Engage with current and prospective customers through various communication channels, including chat, phone, email, and SMS.
- Clarify services and special promotions while collaborating with local retailers to assist in vehicle location.
- Document all customer interactions, including follow-up actions and resolutions.
- Meet established performance targets as defined by Operations Management.
- Participate in projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Assist customers with technical issues related to online vehicle configuration tools.
- Provide constructive feedback to management regarding potential improvements.
- Aim to deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
- Support customers with various online tools and eCommerce inquiries.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated sales experience in luxury brands is required.
- 3 years of experience in a contact center environment is required.
- Experience in the automotive industry, hospitality, or luxury sectors is preferred.
- Familiarity with dealer operations is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong active listening abilities with effective questioning techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper business etiquette.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Genuine interest in building customer relationships.
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer applications such as web browsing, email, and Microsoft Office.
Compensation includes an hourly rate of $19.30 plus potential commission of up to 10%. Benefits offered include:
