Job Summary:

The Houseperson is responsible for performing light maintenance and housekeeping tasks, including room preparation, to ensure the facility meets Company Brand Standards. Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as shampooing carpet, changing light bulbs, and unclogging sinks.
  • Conduct studio preventive maintenance programs, including painting, caulking, and identifying pest issues.
  • Maintain and clean public spaces, including parking lots and guest rooms.
  • Execute the Quarterly Preventative Maintenance program to upkeep the facility.
  • Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues and address them promptly.
Additional Duties:
  • Laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding company linen and terry.
  • Cross-train on the duties of the Move-Out Attendant, Stay-Over Attendant, and perform those duties as requested.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in light maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Basic maintenance knowledge, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical skills.
