Job Title: Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team at JLM Strategic Talent Partners. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' infrastructure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify commissioning test results submitted by subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Create and implement a process for compiling test reports for submission to clients
  • Develop and execute a test report compilation process until it can be fully or partially handled by a non-technical employee
  • Audit system and sub-system completions, report findings, and make recommendations for solving identified areas of concern
  • Work with experienced completion commissioning and start-up personnel engaged in pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and operations activities
  • Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of commissioning procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
