Position Overview: The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Ensure adequate coverage during operational hours.

  • Project Coordination: Efficiently manage ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Staff Assistance: Support team members with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative needs.
  • Invoice Tracking: Monitor and input invoices accurately.
