The UX Researcher will contribute significantly to teams' understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations, owning and executing part of the UX research strategy for a business or product line.

The role involves using observation techniques, interviews, task analysis, and other feedback methodologies to ensure our products are regularly tested with users.

Responsibilities
  • Develop testing strategies and evaluate data to inform product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute UX research plans
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain research repositories and qualitative data analysis tools
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a UX Researcher
  • Competent in recruiting and data analysis tools
  • Experience with research software, including unmoderated and moderated user testing
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead segments of workshops effectively
