About the Role

Citigroup, a leading global bank, is seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management Secrets Management Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Operations & Technology team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage critical security application infrastructure, specifically in secrets and privileged access management.
  • Own and drive the deployment, maintenance, and L3 support of managed applications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage support processes.
  • Gather product requirements, deploy solutions, and continuously evaluate evolving requirements.
  • Size and procure hardware/software for new deployments and collaborate with system admin, DBA, and other teams.
  • Provide integration/onboarding guidance to client applications.
  • Facilitate security assessments and remediation to ensure safety and soundness.
  • Document products, processes, and train L1/2 teams for BAU support.
  • Automate manual tasks and review/upgrade stale processes.
  • Provide SME support for managed applications.
  • Capacity, Performance, and Stability reporting and Management.
  • Lead initiatives to develop/improve scripts and programs for system monitoring and maintenance.
  • Lead infrastructure projects and facilitate security assessment and remediation.
  • Assess risk and associated impact of operational issues and change events.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (Python, Unix Shell, Perl, PowerShell).
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows Servers.
  • Experience with CHEF, Ansible, CI/CD.
  • Good grasp of networking concepts and protocols.
  • DevOps/DevSecOps/SRE experience.
  • Experience with Web Servers/Application deployment.
  • Experience interacting with Web APIs using various protocols and frameworks.
  • Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience managing CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault.
  • Hands-on programming experience in Python, Core Java, Perl,.NET languages, Google Golang, SailPoint, IIQ/IDM.
  • SRE/DevSecOps Foundation Certification.
  • CyberArk Sentry, HashiCorp Vault Associate, CISSP.
  • Operating System certifications (MCSA, RHCSA, RHCE, CompTIA Server+).
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related IT field, or equivalent work experience. 6+ years of relevant experience.
