Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Staff Professional Environmental Management Practitioner to join our team in Columbia, MD. As a key member of our due diligence consulting services team, you will apply your knowledge and experience to support national and international clients across a wide range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide multi-media environmental compliance services, including compliance assessments and audits.
- Support projects involving due diligence with substantial historical research, including ASTM-compliant Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals.
- Develop task, project, and client management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, chemistry, earth science (geology or hydrology), environmental, civil, or chemical engineering, or a related field of study.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a consulting environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience performing due diligence services related to mergers, acquisitions & divestments for the industrial, financial, legal and real estate sectors.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
