**Job Summary**

The Regional EHS Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing the Environmental Health and Safety performance of the Luck Stone Business unit. This key influencer will work closely with associates to promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and health awareness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and promote the integration of Value Safety principles.
  • Develop and implement on-site MSHA and OSHA safety programs and behaviors.
  • Manage Part 46 Training compliance program.
  • Conduct Near-Miss, Loss Control, and Injury Investigations.
  • Assist Risk Manager with insurance reporting as needed.
  • Lead management of on-site environmental program, compliance, and issues resolution.
  • Complete environmental audit and inspections.
  • Ensure SPCC implementation and documentation is complete.
  • Assist Occupational Health Manager with HAZCOM program compliance.
  • EMS implementation and documentation.
  • Manage on-site training program; perform stand up training.
  • Conduct IH sampling when required.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ Years experience
  • Knowledge of MSHA, Federal and State Environmental Laws and Regulations
  • HS Diploma or equivalent, 4 year college degree preferred
  • CSP or equivalent a plus
  • Regional travel required between GA/SC/NC
