Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude in the service area.
- Assist with Express Services and manage customer inquiries effectively.
- Handle loaner vehicle arrangements, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of the fleet.
- Maintain organization in the service drive by managing vehicle movements.
- Document and track the progress of used vehicles through the service process.
- Collaborate with vendors for necessary repairs and service tasks.
- Prepare documentation for new vehicle deliveries and assist with inspections.
- Continuously learn about Mazda vehicles and their maintenance requirements.
- Support various tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in technology and comfortable with various software applications.
- A positive attitude and the ability to engage with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Quick learner who can adapt to busy environments.
- Self-driven yet a collaborative team player.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment drug screening.
