Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to elevate our quality standards. This role is vital in ensuring our products achieve the utmost quality and reliability. The successful candidate will work alongside various teams to develop and execute quality control processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and drive ongoing quality improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
  • Assist in the planning, development, and maintenance of quality management systems, policies, and documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering and manufacturing to ensure product specifications are clearly understood and verified.
  • Develop inspection criteria for incoming materials and components.
  • Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions taken.
  • Lead teams in implementing corrective and preventive measures.
  • Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives within the organization.
  • Conduct risk assessments and establish control plans.
  • Audit production activities in accordance with established plans.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional societies.
  • Engage with external suppliers to ensure quality standards for outsourced components.
  • Support ISO/IEC initiatives within the company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, including lean and kaizen.
  • Familiarity with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
