Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication
    • Establish and maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about the status of their cases.
    • Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Case Management
    • Coordinate and manage the flow of information between clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
    • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client cases.
    • Prepare and send correspondence, such as requests for information and updates, to clients and other parties involved in the case.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Prepare and maintain detailed records of client interactions, case progress, and other relevant information.
    • Generate reports and updates for attorneys and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to ensure seamless case management.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve case management processes.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • Two years' relevant experience in a professional, customer-centric role required; experience in a legal environment preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools required; knowledge of case management software preferred.
  • Language
    • Bilingual, Spanish speaking is preferred.
