Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Raw Material Management Specialist to join our team at Kumho Tire Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of raw materials within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and verify incoming raw materials from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with procurement and quality control teams to resolve any discrepancies or quality issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of received materials into the inventory management system.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to validate the accuracy of physical inventory levels against the records.
  • Maintain organized and efficient storage of raw materials, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests based on predetermined reorder points.
  • Perform other related duties as needed or assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and working with ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking, data entry, and recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal departments.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Physical fitness to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy materials.
  • Problem-solving skills to address inventory-related challenges and discrepancies.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree; additional education or certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields are advantageous.
  • Bilingual English Korean required.
