Castle Club Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled Castle Club Representative to join our team at Cliff Castle Casino. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Administer Castle Club duties with accuracy and proficiency, providing excellent service to guests, vendors, and team members.
• Enroll new Castle Club members, meeting established department goals and quotas.
• Maintain current and accurate knowledge of casino services, amenities, promotions, and events.
• Assist with special events and promotions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Minimum 6 months previous experience in guest-facing, service industry, required.
• Previous experience in the Casino industry, preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal, written) and people skills.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Exceptional Guest service skills.
• Mature judgement and ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
