Position Overview

Welcome to InTouch Credit Union

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager for Commercial Lending and Title Services to oversee and coordinate the operations of our Commercial Lending and Auto Title Processing department. This role involves developing policies and procedures for servicing functions, with a strong focus on commercial lending and title perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to manage the commercial loan processing and title perfection workflow.
  • Supervise daily administrative and operational support provided by the commercial loan documentation team.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to lending activities.
  • Address complex internal and external challenges while providing guidance to team members.
  • Maintain oversight of collateral liens and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly productivity reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Foster effective communication across departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and address any performance issues proactively.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with NMLS is mandatory.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in commercial loan processing and auto title administration.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing lending practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
