Job Overview

Intiva Health is a fast-growing health tech company that engages in multiple lines in the healthcare sector across the United States. We are seeking an experienced Brand Specialist to develop and implement marketing activities that increase brand value, awareness, and market share in the Consumer Packaged Goods space.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of consumer behavior, be up-to-date on market trends, and continuously monitor competitor activity. You will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to-market strategies, and reporting on brand performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand value, awareness, and market share
  • Work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing strategies
  • Develop budgets, forecast sales figures, and assess KPIs and ROI
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and develop go-to-market strategies
  • Report on brand performance and provide insights for future growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business with a concentration in Marketing
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an agency setting as a brand specialist or manager
  • Experience with start-ups and mass-market brands in the Consumer Packaged Goods Space
  • Amazon SEO management and sales experience

  • Expert knowledge of marketing and related subjects, including advertising, market research, consumer behavior, and marketing analytics
  • Proven track record of performance in an organization with superior products/services
  • Strong culture and team development, including leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills across internal/external functions
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, project management, and financial acumen
  • Solid understanding of Search Engine Marketing, SEO, and Digital Marketing
  • Solid understanding of Amazon E-commerce platform and algorithms
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, MS Office, Amazon Seller Central, Gantt Charts, and Project Management Software
  • Knowledge of FDA Compliance in packaging is a plus
