Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of transportation managers and associates to achieve safety, service, and cost targets.

  • Team Development: Coach and develop transportation managers and associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in transportation/delivery supervision.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret financial and operational data.
Work Environment

This role requires occasional travel and the ability to spend time in an office and on the road with drivers. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
