We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Management Administrative Supervisor to join our team at Basecamp Recovery Center. As a key member of our Case Management department, you will be responsible for providing administrative supervision, guidance, and ongoing training to our case management staff. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of case management services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative supervision and guidance to case management staff, ensuring compliance with all agency policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategic objectives and goals within the department, aligning with the Mission and Vision statements of Basecamp Recovery Center.
- Collaborate with the Director of Case Management to resolve complex issues and improve day-to-day operations within the department.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality substance use/abuse and mental health intervention services to our patients, utilizing a Strengths-Based Model.
- Manage a smaller assigned caseload of less than 15 patients per week, providing case management services to lower-level care patients as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between Basecamp Recovery Center patients, area agencies, and other community resources to ensure the availability of the most appropriate programming and services.
- Prepare all required documentation in a timely manner, including progress notes, collateral contacts, and case records.
- Participate in individual and group supervision, as well as attend all required meetings, including Case Management meetings and Treatment team meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A CDCA or higher licensure
- Excellent leadership skills, mentorship abilities, and proficient working knowledge of case management procedures, resources, regulations, and efficiency of day-to-day responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and community resources
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Commitment to working in a recovery and strengths-based oriented environment, with a focus on patient-centered care
