As a Senior Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

- Facilitating weekly patient care discussions.
- Instructing monthly educational sessions for rotating students.
To support a healthy work-life balance, we allocate 1-3 hours weekly for administrative tasks, depending on mentoring and teaching responsibilities.
