Job Overview

The position of Senior Pipeline Medical Science Liaison in the Cardiovascular Metabolic Disease space is a critical role that requires expertise in clinical research and therapeutic areas. As a credible scientific partner, you will provide valuable insights to healthcare professionals and decision-makers to accelerate the development and delivery of medicines to patients.

In this role, you will work closely with internal partners to inform and shape the global and local medical strategy, contributing to building early internal capabilities to enhance launch readiness in the US. Your responsibilities will include establishing relationships with key external stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with healthcare providers and patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure end-to-end customer experience for Therapeutic Area specific customers in the region.
  • Demonstrate deep scientific expertise in assigned molecules/products and therapeutic areas to exchange relevant information with thought leaders and healthcare decision makers.
  • Build and leverage relationships with key external scientific and medical customers to understand evolving healthcare trends.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have an advanced clinical/science degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD, MSN, NP, PA etc.) and a minimum of 5 years related work experience in clinical, managed care, or industry experience. Prior experience as a field medical science liaison and proficiency in GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and ICH (International Conference on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use) are also required.

A salary range of $163,700 - $303,900 is expected for this position, with actual pay determined by experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
