Position Summary

The **Business Process Improvement Analyst** plays a crucial role in collecting, evaluating, and documenting business workflows related to various departmental functions, with the objective of enhancing performance and improving member satisfaction. All initiatives undertaken by this role are designed to boost efficiency and align with strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

This position entails specialized business and systems analysis for designated projects or initiatives, providing direct support for project activities and team collaboration.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • **Bachelor's degree** in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of **5 years' experience** in Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable process enhancement methodologies.
  • At least **3 years' experience** in managing or leading teams on various projects or process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions to create efficiencies and cost savings for the organization.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Capability to read and interpret complex technical documents and publications.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, including oversight of project budgets and organizational financial outcomes.
  • Understanding of data flow, system interactions, and the capabilities and limitations of software systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Certifications in .NET development, SQL Server, or other programming environments are advantageous.
