Resident Monitor

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Monitor to join our team at The Transition House. As a Resident Monitor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our residents, while also providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
- Supervise and communicate with residents during daily activities, including meal times, work periods, and recreation time.
- Conduct daily inspections of the housing areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Control contraband and maintain accurate counts of client monies.
- Record and report maintenance problems and collect client monies as necessary.
- Conduct intake on new clients, including assembling a security file and documentation.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly log books and ensure all applicable policies and procedures are followed.
- Washington state driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
