Part Time Resident Monitor

At The Transition House Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part Time Resident Monitor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals re-entering the community from incarceration.
Responsibilities:- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
- Supervise and communicate with clients during daily activities, including meal times, work periods, and recreation time.
- Conduct daily inspections of housing areas and report maintenance problems.
- Collect and count client monies, as necessary.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings, as required.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including log books and security files.
- Washington state driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
