Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate product formulations to ensure adherence to local regulations, particularly focusing on the United States and Canada.
- Assess packaging and labeling for compliance with regulatory standards in the US and Canada.
- Examine claims requirements for products in the US and Canada.
- Facilitate product notifications in the US and Canada as necessary.
- Oversee and review chemical regulations specific to Canada.
- Prepare necessary documentation for product registrations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or chemistry-related field, with coursework or certification in Cosmetic or Drug Regulatory Affairs.
- Prior experience in the drug or cosmetic sectors.
- Familiarity with US and Canadian regulations concerning Cosmetics and Chemical compliance is preferred.
- Proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Ability to swiftly grasp new concepts and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Capability to learn quickly and effectively present viewpoints in public settings.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
