  • Evaluate product formulations to ensure adherence to local regulations, particularly focusing on the United States and Canada.
  • Assess packaging and labeling for compliance with regulatory standards in the US and Canada.
  • Examine claims requirements for products in the US and Canada.
  • Facilitate product notifications in the US and Canada as necessary.
  • Oversee and review chemical regulations specific to Canada.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for product registrations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or chemistry-related field, with coursework or certification in Cosmetic or Drug Regulatory Affairs.
  • Prior experience in the drug or cosmetic sectors.
  • Familiarity with US and Canadian regulations concerning Cosmetics and Chemical compliance is preferred.
  • Proficiency in French is advantageous.
  • Ability to swiftly grasp new concepts and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Capability to learn quickly and effectively present viewpoints in public settings.
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
