Job Overview

BMNT Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Lead II to join our team in Arlington, VA. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Hacking for Defense (H4D) Program.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of program management experience, with a deep understanding of current project management methodologies. You will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, managing complex workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business development efforts by writing proposals and contract documents, and owning execution of key contract tasks and deliverables.
  • Work closely with customers to prioritize and adapt activities to respond to changing conditions and objectives.
  • Lead portions of H4X workshops, adhering to established methodologies.
  • Manage workload and delegate tasks across the program team to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of BMNT products and services, and the methodologies upon which they are based.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of work experience or at least 4+ years at BMNT.
  • Proven program management experience and knowledge of current project management methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, managing details, and keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate and present in both large and small group settings.
