Senior Requirements Analyst with German TESA Accreditation

We are seeking a skilled Senior Requirements Analyst to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. This role requires expertise in developing and translating customer requirements into executable operational solutions.
About the Role:This position involves performing plans, process, and policy support as well as project management support. The ideal candidate will collect and analyze moderately complex information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system.
The Senior Requirements Analyst will analyze and define proposed systems, functions, processes, and user needs to determine requirement validity, completeness, accuracy, or feasibility for implementation. Additionally, they will facilitate planning meetings, video- and teleconferences, and review technical content of design proposals.
The successful candidate will provide expert advice on equipment specifications, capabilities, and operational procedures. They will also research and document proposed infrastructure and system topologies, including architecture, system connectivity, and interoperability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and define proposed systems, functions, processes, and user needs
- Facilitate planning meetings, video- and teleconferences
- Review and coordinate technical content of design proposals
- Provide expert advice on equipment specifications, capabilities, and operational procedures
- Research and document proposed infrastructure and system topologies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with substantial knowledge of the information sciences
- Three years' relevant experience, or an associate's degree and seven years of intensive and progressive experience
- Germany TESA Accreditation Requirements
A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst Certification, ITIL 4 Foundations or higher, and excellent communication and relationship skills with senior executive level leaders.
