Part-Time Customer Engagement Associate

It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range.

Actual compensation within this range will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, performance, Clarks' business requirements, and internal equity.

The current pay range for this role is subject to change by Clarks at any time.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver consistent and positive sales outcomes. Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring optimal product placement. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Encourage customers to consider multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate. Represent the Clarks brand with pride. Adhere to all policies and procedures regarding loss prevention and inventory shrinkage. Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment. Foster a collaborative work atmosphere for all team members. Ensure the completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
