Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our internship program as a Manufacturing Intern. This role will provide hands-on experience in industry operations, 1:1 mentorship, and networking opportunities to supplement college educational programs in business, engineering, and construction management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Embody the Company's safety culture and support all safety initiatives.
  • Participate in production and quality control planning.
  • Assist quality control staff with lab duties related to materials testing and mix designs.
  • Perform aggregate sampling and gradation testing at quarries, gravel pits, and testing lab sites.
  • Assist work crews in manufacturing and crushing operations.
  • Operate heavy equipment.
  • Perform manual and skilled labor tasks.
Requirements
  • Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's degree program such as Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
