Job ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as an Auto Parts Delivery Specialist will include:
- Safely delivering auto parts to commercial customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
- Picking and staging parts for delivery, maintaining high levels of organization and efficiency
- Picking up returns and cores from customers, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Distributing store sales flyers to promote products and services
- Collecting credit accounts from customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Maintaining store cleanliness and appearance, reflecting positively on the company brand
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A valid driver's license, with a good driving record
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Excellent customer service skills, providing exceptional service to customers and colleagues alike
- A team player attitude, working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
- An interest in the automotive industry, with a passion for delivering top-notch service
- Reliability and punctuality, meeting deadlines and commitments
You will work primarily in a store environment, with occasional travel required to deliver parts and interact with customers. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
