  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience with MindBody Software is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultations:
    • Conduct personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend appropriate lash styles.
    • Schedule appointments for both new and existing clients.
  2. Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our lash products and services.
    • Communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Sales Engagement:
    • Build rapport with customers to drive sales through effective upselling techniques.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through a proactive approach.
    • Utilize company software for managing leads and appointments.
    • Achieve a minimum closing rate for membership sales.
  4. Industry Awareness:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Regularly follow up with clients to assist in scheduling appointments.
  6. Operational Duties:
    • Accurately process transactions and manage the cash register.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience.
    • Keep detailed client logs for effective communication among team members.
  7. Promotional Activities:
    • Participate in promoting store events and new product launches.
    • Be available for offsite promotional events as scheduled.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in sales, particularly in the beauty or skincare field.
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Knowledge of lash extensions and a passion for beauty trends.
  4. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
  5. Customer-centric approach with a commitment to outstanding service.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule:

Availability for rotating shifts is required.
