Lash Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lash Consultant at Amazing Lash Studio. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques.

• Personalized Lash Consultations: Conduct thorough and personalized lash consultations for clients, understanding their unique preferences, and recommending suitable lash styles and treatments.
• Product Knowledge and Promotion: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our range of lash products and services, and effectively communicate the benefits and features of various lash offerings to drive sales and meet customer needs.
• Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and drive sales through effective cross-selling and upselling techniques, and achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through a results-oriented approach.
• Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the latest lash trends, beauty products, and industry innovations to provide clients with up-to-date information and recommendations.
• Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong and lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and personalized attention, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Operational Excellence: Operate the cash register accurately and process transactions efficiently, maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area to enhance the overall customer experience, and keep well-maintained client logs to ensure proper communication between all members of the front desk and management.
• Promotion and Events: Stay actively involved in promoting store events, special promotions, and new product launches to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities, and be available for offsite events up to 25-50 miles from the location (scheduled in advance).
• Available to Work Multiple Locations: Must be available to work at both BURKE or WOODBRIDGE locations on a weekly basis, and if unable to work at both locations consistently, please do not apply.

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of lash extensions and a keen interest in beauty trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Must be able to work rotating shifts between Monday-Saturday, including 8:30 am - 2:30 pm, 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm, and 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm, and Sunday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, and be able to commute between both locations, Woodbridge and Burke.
