Role Overview

The Agency Operations Associate will be tasked with the reconciliation of commission statements and funding payables while resolving account discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and reconcile agency commission statements with the Agency Management System.
- Record, balance, and reconcile funding payables from Premium Finance.
- Analyze and address customer account discrepancies.
- Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports from carriers.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in commission statements by collaborating with relevant parties and making necessary adjustments in the Agency Management System.
- Review customer accounts and process refunds as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer refunds and return premium checks.
- Conduct small balance write-offs when necessary.
- Provide support to the Sales Team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Educational Background

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
