THE ROLE
As the Associate Boutique Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team to sell apparel, deliver outstanding experiences, and cultivate loyal client relationships.
- Creating an ideal balance of sales and service by ensuring the right personnel are in the right positions at the right times.
- Managing the subtle yet critical details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations to facilitate an exceptional shopping experience.
