Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead surveying projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring timely, accurate, and within-budget completion.
  • Review and sign off on survey documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement procedures, systems, and methods for project delivery, improving efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to survey staff, promoting professional development and growth.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in surveying, with a strong background in project management.
  • Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in the State of Texas.
  • Strong knowledge of boundary analysis and resolution, topographic and construction surveys.
  • Proficiency in Microstation, OpenRoads, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and/or Carlson Survey software.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid Texas Driver License.
