Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead surveying projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring timely, accurate, and within-budget completion.
- Review and sign off on survey documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement procedures, systems, and methods for project delivery, improving efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to survey staff, promoting professional development and growth.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in surveying, with a strong background in project management.
- Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license in the State of Texas.
- Strong knowledge of boundary analysis and resolution, topographic and construction surveys.
- Proficiency in Microstation, OpenRoads, Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and/or Carlson Survey software.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Texas Driver License.
- A competitive salary range of $109,000 - $145,418.
