Join us at Respond Inc. as a Child Development Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of our youngest clients. As a full-time Teacher Aide, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Group Teachers/Lead Teachers to develop and implement engaging educational programs.

Responsibilities
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning and implementing activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Collaborate with teachers to create a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents/caregivers
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
