Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at Black & Decker (U.S.) Inc. This individual will be responsible for operating various equipment, managing inventory levels, and assisting the Team Leader as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Alloy packaging machine, IPG, and Rofin laser marking equipment to build varibit and step drill kits.
  • Manage consumable stock levels and reconcile items from weekly cycle counts.
  • Verify product and quantity for all products to be laser marked and packaged.
  • Perform complete change overs on Alloy packaging equipment to switch between different products.
  • Use computer knowledge to make packaging labels and run the Rofin laser marking equipment.
  • Operate hand trucks, strapping gun, and manual hand wrapping rolls.
  • Work independently and without supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a demanding, fast-paced position.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems and procedures.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
