Job Title: Material Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team in East Long Meadow, MA. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of products within our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify product and quantity for all shipments using the RF device and computer, prepare skids for shipment, and load into appropriate trucks using a fork truck.
  • Perform cycle counts as required in Distribution.
  • Operate various equipment such as fork truck, Raymond, hand trucks, lift trucks, shrink wrapper, and hand strappers.
  • Pick and Pack fluid and coilstock.
  • Input data into the computer.
  • Load containers/trailers as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience driving fork trucks, loading/unloading containers/trailers, and high racks required.
  • Understanding of hand tool and power tool accessory product knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Excel a plus.
  • Willing to work extra hours or different hours as needed.
