Key Responsibilities

  • IT Infrastructure Management
    • Oversee the management of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints.
    • Ensure the smooth operation of our systems and networks, including hardware and software maintenance.
  • Cybersecurity
    • Implement and manage all security software for the network and endpoints.
    • Develop, implement, and oversee cybersecurity policies for all company information systems.
    • Conduct regular checks and tests to identify and patch vulnerabilities and security loopholes.
  • Data Management
    • Collaborate with the Data team to support and enforce data policies across all shore and sea-based systems.
    • Assist the Data team in implementing Data Governance and Management policies.
  • People Management
    • Oversee IT team members work, schedules, and training.
    • Assist the CTO in evaluating IT team members' performance.

Requirements

  • Proficient in managing Microsoft 365 Business Suite, including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Mail Exchange Servers, Security Policies, Defender, Intune, and SharePoint.
  • Experienced in deploying and managing desktops, laptops, and other work devices for both office and offshore locations.
  • Skilled in managing vendors to provide user support according to agreed SLAs.
