Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our MEP engineering team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in managing complex projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the MEP engineering team and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are controlled and optimized.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- 15+ years of relevant MEP engineering experience.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer license required; ability to obtain a New Jersey PE.
- Experience in design and management of MEP engineering and knowledge of the design process from proposal through construction phases.
- Public facilities project experience.
- Healthcare project experience a plus.
- Intimate knowledge of New Jersey Building Codes.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and project level leadership skills.
- Experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
