The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for an individual with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of building component manufacturing principles, and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest equipment updates and features. If you have experience in project management, AutoCAD, or Revit Design, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Field Technical Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Automation technical inquiries
  • Providing regular and consistent on-site technical support to clients
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate users on equipment features and applications
  • Collaborating with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements

Qualifications and Benefits

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An Associate's Degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
  • 2+ years of experience in AutoCAD and/or Revit Design, or 2+ years of experience in the component manufacturing industry
  • Project management experience or a firm understanding of project management principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Location

This role will involve 50% travel throughout the Northeast Region of the United States. You'll be provided with a company vehicle and/or flights.
